Saudi minister introduced new safety measures in educational transportation

Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed, the Saudi education minister has introduced the special safety and security measures at Tatweer Educational Transportation Services Co. (TTC). TTC‘s educational transportation services benefit over million students from 15,000 schools across the country, with the service’s vehicles making 50,000 trips daily. The Saudi education minister visited the TTC’s headquarter in Riyadh and announced that the administration will develop legislation to improve safety and security in educational transport.

The safety measures include satellite systems to track vehicles. TTC’s will conduct particular training courses for the employees on safe driving. These safety measures would help to track the location of students and ensure their safety and security.
