Singapore-based edtech platform Noodle Factory bags $500,000 in a seed funding round
Founded in 2018, Noodle Factory assists educators in scaling tuition and exam practice effectively. Natural language processing is used in the platforms to streamline the development, planning, and marking of assessment tasks, and also the emergence of information sources for AI-assisted tutoring. Noodle Factory freshly announced that it has raised $500,000 in a seed round of funding. The latest financing round was headed by SuperCharger Ventures and EduSpaze. “Many schools are using technology to supplement the way teachers educate, and Noodle Factory’s AI platform can really help to engage kids, even more, giving an effective means for individualised learning to boost learning outcomes,” said Alex Ng, Managing Director of EduSpaze. Noodle Factory wants to use the seed money to expand its platform to K-12 institutions and grow its footprint in English-speaking regions such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the United States.
