Edtech startup “Great Learning” notched up Rs150 crore in revenue
Gurgaon based edtech startup “Great Learning” generated revenue of Rs 150 crore in financial year 2018-19. Founded in 2013, Great Learning provides skill based programs like Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Full Stack Development and more. Till now, the edtech platform has trained over 60,000 people by providing various opportunities for upskilling. “Courses are mostly in business analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, and IoT, among others. Great Learning’s students come from diverse industries such as IT, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, NGOs, government etc,” said, Mohan Lakhamraju, Founder and CEO, Great Learning. Generally, the company charges Rs 3 lakh – Rs 4 lakh for their 1 year program and Rs 1.5 lakh for their six month course program. The company is aiming to generate revenue of more than Rs 400 crore during this financial year and hopes to cross Rs 1000 crore in the next two years.
