Facebook course partner, Pathstream raises $12 million Series A
Pathstream, a San Francisco based edtech company has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round. This investment of $12 million makes the total funding of the company to $13 million. The funding round was led by TDM Partners, Hereditas Capital Management, Bisk Ventures, etc. Pathstream was founded by Eleanor Cooper in 2018. Pathstream is a platform, which helps students to learn high demand tech skills. This platform helps students with project-based instructions, realistic workplace, and on-demand coaching. “On a superficial level, they earn a certificate from a software company. But more than that, we offer them a connection to our employer community,” says Ms. Cooper, founder, Pathstream. Pathstream is an ed-tech company that was launched by Entangled Group which is another company, ReUp Education also raised $6 million this June. Pathstream would use the raised fund to improve the platform and develop more partnerships with colleges.
