Mumbai-based edtech startup Clever Harvey secured $1.5M in a pre-Series A funding round
Clever Harvey is a B2C division of Callido Learning, last year which created the ‘JuniorMBA’ series of career guidance courses for teenagers. Clever Harvey, an edtech firm, has recently announced that it has raised $1.5 million in a pre-series A funding round, headed by TechNova Ventures along with the participation from Tom Varkey and Multiply Ventures. Education Catalyst Fund, an existing investor, also took part in the round. The edtech startup intends to utilise the funds to grow its product portfolio, hire key personnel, improve its marketing outreach, and develop distribution channels both within and outside of India, according to the company. In the next six months, the company plans to deliver a broader selection of Junior MBA subjects and industry-partnered programmes for teens, increase its reach through numerous distribution channels, and enter new markets, according to the company.
