CBSE circulated a notice to schools ahead of Board Examinations 2021
Central Board of Secondary Education has recently circulated a notification to CBSE affiliated schools in concerns the Board Examinations 2021 evaluation. The board has directed schools to update teacher data on OASIS by April 10. The board has also advised schools fine of up to Rs. 50,000 as well as a notice of no result information for the school in case of non-compliance. CBSE 10th 12th Board Examinations 2021 are programmed to commence from May 4. Though, shortly after CBSE sent out schedules of teachers for the external observer, it came to the declaration of CBSE that many teachers have left in 2020 because of different reasons and the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, several schools had resorted to allotting added classes to teachers of grades 9 to 12 to pay for the supplies. In conclusion, many instructors were not ready for external examiner work as allotted.
