Brazil-based edtech startup Arco acquired Online Test Prep Provider Me Salva!
Arco, a Brazilian EdTech company that creates educational solutions, has recently announced that it has acquired an online educational solution provider company, founded in 2011 Me Salva!. “We are thrilled to add Me Salva! to our portfolio and with the possibilities leading on test prep and training. This purchase allows Arco to commence giving a high-quality solution at affordable costs to learners that attend public schools, a section that historically covers a huge opening break to the private sector in Brazil. Additionally, we are excited that such an exciting founder has chosen to be a member of our organization. Concurrently with an extremely skilled, entrepreneurial group, Miguel has designed from scratch a disruptive way that allows pleasant content, allows students and increases their possibilities of being confirmed to the best universities in the nation,” said Ari de Sá Neto, CEO and Founder of Arco. This latest deal will extend Arco’s supplemental solutions portfolio to test prep and training, and upward with an expected market of R$5 billion and complimentary extension possibilities.
