Australia-based Online learning startup Academy Xi bags $14 million
Academy Xi was founded in 2016 with the goal of bridging Australia’s technological skills gap, which is caused by a scarcity of more than 100,000 ICT employees and a production rate of less than 7000 IT graduates per year. Its goal is to produce employment individuals quicker and for less money than its opponents. It provides professional learning that is highly practical, job-focused, and full of social possibilities. Academy Xi, an edtech firm, has recently announced that it has raised an additional $4.4 million, taking its complete funding to $14 million. “This is a significant achievement for the Academy Xi team, and it marks the beginning of a new phase in our growth as digital technology and automation alter the employment structure”, said Co-CEO Matt Hill. According to the Co-CEO Matt Hill, the extra capital will help the company expand through growth and mergers collaborations.
